about me
My name is Sienna Romano, I am 19 years old. I am a Magna Cum Laude graduate and training my brain to become a physical therapist. I lost my best friend to mental health darkness in 2021. This has inspired me to advocate for mental health awareness and suicide prevention. I concluded that pageantry would really allow me to be a voice for those who lost theirs.
I maintain my wellness by weightlifting and staying positive no matter what. I also have a passion for photography, modeling, and fashion. I have helped out companies including Soul Hope and Cat Haven to better the world and my community. I have hopes of changing the world and becoming a role model for millions.

I competed for my first pageant back in July, 2024. I placed as your third runner-up.

Advocacy Goals
- Speak at schools to teach how bullying can affect lives
- Share my best friend’s story
- Organize events in honor of suicide victims and survivors to raise money and awareness
- Volunteer for the suicide hotline and connect with those struggling
